Training Programs
OWLL typically offers two Winter training programs: winterball and specialized training sessions in pitching, catching, and hitting. For more information about these programs, please contact our VP of Coach and Player Development.
Winterball:
Winterball is an open baseball skills training program that runs from January to April. The purpose of this program is to give interested players the opportunity to work on their baseball skills over the winter months from January to April for 1 hour, generally at the Sensplex.
The program is divided into different age groups and is run by coach volunteers.
