How to retrieve your access code:
If you have forgotten or did not receive your access code, please use the Registration Access Code webpage to retrieve it.
Your access code will be emailed to you within a few hours. If you do not receive it, please check your Junk or Spam folder as it sometimes will end up there. If you still have not received your access code, please contact our Registrar.
How to make a payment:
The following are methods of registration and payment for OWLL programs.
Option 1: Register and pay on-line:

Register online and pay via PayPal/credit card.
Option 2: Register on-line and initiate an e-transfer:

Register online, opt for off-line payment, and then pay via e-transfer. Please follow these instructions:
- Initiate an on-line banking e-transfer to treasurer@owll.ca. Please include the name of the program and the name(s) of the child(ren) being registered in the additional message information.

E-transfers are automatically deposited and should not require a password but if your financial institution requires it, please use the birthdate of the youngest child being registered as an eight digit security code; i.e. mm/dd/yyyy becomes mmddyyyy.

If your financial institution has special restrictions that make the above security code impossible to use, please contact the OWLL Treasurer (treasurer@owll.ca) for special instructions.
Option 3: Making a payment when you have already registered:

Click on this link (manage account). Once you have logged in, click on "Transactions/Payments".

Click on the "Make a Payment" button associated with the program for which you wish to make a payment. Any program registration with an outstanding balance will have this button activated.

A window will pop-up where you can update the amount to be paid (will default to the amount outstanding). Click "Submit". Fill in the credit card information and click "Submit".
Option 4: Making a payment via cash or cheque:

PLEASE NOTE: Due to significant delays in receiving registration forms and payment via regular mail at our P.O. box, we no longer accept payment by mail.

Cash or cheque payments can be made at spring sort-out sessions (these normally occur in April). Visit our sort-out page for dates and locations.

If all in-person dates have passed, please contact the OWLL Treasurer at treasurer@owll.ca to arrange for payment by cash or cheque.
Option 5: Special funding:

If you have applied for special funding through a charitable organization (i.e. JumpStart), please inform our Treasurer.

These programs take some time to process requests, so please ignore the automated payment reminders/late notices received by our system.

Any balance not covered by the funding request should be paid as promptly as possible.

Please note: if you were not able to secure funding but would still like your child to be able to participate in our Little League program, please contact our President. We firmly believe that every child should have the right to play. The league may request that you do volunteer activities in lieu of payment.
Registration is completed only once payment is received.
