2024 AGM - October 27th

OWLL's annual general meeting will be held October 27, 7:00pm at Dulude arena, Mel Baker Hall. All are welcome to join us, to look back at this year's seasons, review and update OWLL's constitution to expand voting membership, and see what is coming in 2025.

We are also specifically looking to fill the following volunteer positions on the Board:
VP, Baseball Operations - generally responsible for the on-field activities of the League, including tryouts.

Volunteer Manager - Overseeing a list of volunteers, and ensuring that our volunteer needs are met at events.

Uniform Manager - Looks after purchasing, organization, tracking, and maintenance of the League’s uniform inventory.

Equipment Manager - Responsible for purchasing and maintaining all player equipment and supplies required by the League for the running of its programs.

Major Convenor - Assists with sortouts/evaluations, organizing team assignments, and overseeing the division through the courses of the spring and summer seasons.

Rookie Convenor - Assists with sortouts/evaluations, organizing team assignments, and overseeing the division through the courses of the spring and summer seasons.

Merchandise - Responsible for organizing and selling our OWLL swag.
